Kimi Dake ga Hontou

Rikimaru, a high school male, has experienced childhood trauma that prevents him from touching women. Two of his boyhood pals are his siblings. Kagami, the older sister, followed by Kyou, the younger brother. They are comparable in height and look to one other. A special twin love affair starts to blossom under these conditions.
